Changing Your Plan

Back to Help Center

Price Clicker makes it easy to change your subscription plan as your business grows or needs evolve. Whether you're upgrading to unlock more profiles and team capacity or downgrading to reduce costs, plan changes are handled from Account → Subscription with transparent prorated billing through Stripe. This guide covers plan tiers, how to switch plans, and what to expect with billing and account limits.

Understanding Price Clicker Plans

Price Clicker offers three paid subscription tiers. All paid plans include unlimited quote requests—your forms can accept as many submissions as your business needs.

Starter Plan — $55/month

Built for solopreneurs getting started with automated pricing. Includes up to 3 service profiles, unlimited quote requests, email lead notifications, and setup assistance. The account owner manages the subscription; delegate invitations are available on higher plans.

Professional Plan — $85/month

Designed for growing businesses that need more profiles and collaboration. Includes up to 8 service profiles, unlimited quote requests, calendar booking, custom branding with logo, mobile app notifications, and up to 10 delegates you can invite from the Users page.

Business Plan — $225/month

Built for larger teams and advanced workflows. Includes up to 25 service profiles, unlimited quote requests, CRM sync, customer payments, hosted priceclick.link pages, website builder tools, and up to 100 delegates.

Pro Tip

If you're unsure which plan fits, Professional is a strong default for most service businesses. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from Account → Subscription.

How to Change Your Plan

Changing your plan takes less than a minute:

  1. Log into app.priceclicker.com
  2. Go to Account → Subscription (/account/subscription)
  3. Click Change Plan
  4. Select Starter, Professional, or Business
  5. Confirm the change in the modal

Plan changes take effect immediately. Stripe applies prorated charges or credits for the remainder of your current billing period, and your next renewal reflects the new monthly rate ($55, $85, or $225).

Understanding Prorated Billing

Upgrading Your Plan

When you upgrade mid-cycle, Stripe calculates a prorated charge for the remaining days in your billing period. For example, upgrading from Starter ($55/month) to Professional ($85/month) halfway through the cycle typically charges roughly half of the $30 difference now, then $85 on your next renewal date.

Downgrading Your Plan

Downgrades also apply immediately with prorated billing. Your subscription price drops on the next invoice, but you may need to adjust account usage first—see the section below on profile and delegate limits.

What Happens to Your Data and Features

When Upgrading

All existing profiles, leads, branding, and pricing rules stay intact. Higher-tier features unlock right away:

When Downgrading

Before downgrading, make sure your account fits the new plan's limits:

If a prorated charge fails, the plan change may not complete until payment succeeds. Add or update your default card under Payment Methods on the Subscription page, then try again—or contact support for help.
