Exporting Lead Data

Back to Help Center

Price Clicker stores every form submission on your Leads page. When you need that data outside the app—for a CRM, spreadsheet, or backup—you can export it to CSV in a few clicks.

Where to Export

Open Leads from the app sidebar. The export controls are at the top of the list.

Export All Visible Leads

Click the export icon at the top of the Leads page to download a CSV of every lead that matches your current filters. The file is named with today's date, for example leads-export-2026-06-17.csv.

Use the filter dropdowns first if you only want a subset—by profile, client status, lead type, or fields present—then export. The CSV reflects whatever is visible after you click Apply on your filters.

Export Selected Leads

Select individual rows with the checkboxes on the left, then click Export selected CSV in the bulk actions bar. This is useful when you want to share a handful of prospects with a teammate or import only specific submissions into another tool.

What the CSV Includes

Each export row represents one lead with the summary fields shown on the Leads list—submission date, profile name, contact name, quote amount, client status, provider status, and related metadata. For the full answer breakdown on a single lead, open prospect details from the info icon on that row before or after export.

Pro Tip

Export before cancelling your subscription if you want an offline copy of your pipeline. See Cancelling Your Account for the full pre-cancel checklist.

Using Exports in Other Tools

Open the CSV in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers for quick analysis. Most CRMs support CSV import—map the name, email, and phone columns to your CRM's contact fields and use the quote amount and status columns for deal context.

Business plan subscribers can also sync new leads automatically through CRM integrations at Account → Integrations. CSV export remains useful for one-time backups, filtered snapshots, and tools without a direct integration.
